Making a complaint
The LSC is committed to ensuring high quality in the provision of education and training and high standards in carrying out its own functions. These documents are intended for complainants and LSC staff. This procedure is also used for the internal review of a response provided to an information request by the LSC, for example under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
