Sustainable Development presentationThe Evaluation session consisted of a workshop covering the requirements for the annual evaluation report. This workshop was interactive and explained the techniques that could be applied to collect and present the information that will form the basis of the evaluation.
The workshop's aims were to:
Review the instructions and their purpose
Explain in detail the requirement of each of the 7 sections of the reports
Discuss techniques of data collection, surveys and impact measurement
Include practical examples of evaluation reportingThe guidelines for the evaluation reports were prepared in conjunction with a consultant who jointly led the workshop and was available to provide support on technical details. The evaluation report process is an important element of our quality monitoring and improvement strategy and we intend that an effective evaluation process is implemented by our providers. This workshop was an ideal opportunity for providers to access technical support for the implementation of this requirement.
