The LSC East of England covers Bedfordshire and Luton, Cambridgeshire, Essex, Hertfordshire, Norfolk and Suffolk (contact details are listed on the right, under Regional contacts).

Working together, we aim to develop a responsive system of learning and skills provision that will meet the needs of learners, businesses and communities throughout the East of England, supporting the long term prosperity of our region.

Procurement and Contracting

In response to feedback from providers the Learning and Skills Council (East of England) Procurement and Contracts Team  have started to produce a regular newsletter (first edition – March 2009). The newsletter contains the essential information that providers need to be aware of in respect of procurement and contracting issues.



Economic Downturn Leaflet

Economic DownturnBusiness Link, Jobcentre Plus, the Learning and Skills Council, ACAS and the East of England Development Agency (EEDA) are working together to provide businesses with flexible and responsive support. The support available is summarised in a leaflet published 6 February 2009.
