PQQ Mainstream Provision

Pre Qualification enables the LSC to begin the process of opening up the delivery market for the provision of mainstream education and training. All organisations that wish to compete to deliver education and training will be asked to complete a Pre Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) to express an interest. Any organisation who has been previously evaluated as successful will be invited to complete a PQQ and any organisation previously unsuccessful or who has never completed one before will be able to use an Open Access PQQ. In future, successful organisations will be able to refresh their standing data held on the LSC e-tendering portal. By evaluating the questionnaires received, together with a clear view of regional priorities for investment (Regional Commissioning Plans), the LSC will identify suitable organisations to invite to tender for the delivery of education and training.
