Provisional 16 - 18 Allocations

Provisional 16-18 allocations set out the provisional 16-18 volumes that the school, college or provider is planning to deliver over the next academic year and the funding the LSC will make available to the provider for delivering those volumes. This information is expressed within the Summary Statement of Activity which is maintained within the Planning and Modeling System (PaMS). Colleges and providers only have access to view PaMS. The LSC is responsible for inputting/editing planning volumes within PaMS to generate the 16-18 provisional allocations. Schools do not have access to PaMs and therefore a spreadsheet similar to the Summary Statement of Activity will be generated with the same information and forwarded to the local authorities and schools.
