Management Group Moderation

There are key points during the commissioning process when Management Group will moderate and sign off the delivery volumes and budgets of regions. Moderation will take place before the actual sign off by Management Group to enable them to be assured that planned delivery of education and training across England will meet our priorities and targets as originally set out in our Statement of Priorities. This moderation provides our Management Group with the opportunity to deal with any significant delivery/budget issues before signing off final volumes and budgets for regions.
