Contracts/Funding Agreements Awarded

The LSC will secure quality education and training to deliver our targets and priorities by form of legally binding documentation. The contract/funding agreement will summarise the overall volumes college and providers have agreed to deliver against the final funding allocation. This information will be documented within the Summary Statement of Activity which forms part of the contract/funding agreement. The contract/funding agreement is finalised through both ‘Open and Competitive Tendering’ (OCT) and ‘closed negotiation’. 

It is intended that a less complex structure of Funding Agreement schedules with greater content will be included in the Funding Guidance produced by the National Policy teams.
