Minutes of the Young People|s Learning Committee meeting held on 8 September 2005 at National Office (London). Papers were presented on: the green paper, Youth Matters; Developing 14-19 learning; the Level 2 at 19 action plan; 16-19 organisation; the Learners with learning difficulties and/or disabilities review; Learning and skills; and the Performance Review Group report. In addition, Jim Minogue, Director of Financial Analysis and Forecasting, updated the Committee on the current budgetary and funding position and the proposals being put forward to address the pressures in different policy areas.
