Management group about us

The LSC management group was set up by Mark Haysom to ensure effective, efficient management of the LSC.

In addition to the chief executive, it comprises the four national directors, nine regional directors and our Agenda for Change champion, totalling 15.
 
The management group meets monthly and its role is to:

  • develop national policies and procedures, and local frameworks, in consultation with stakeholders and partners
  • monitor, review and evaluate implementation to ensure achievement of objectives
  • ensure coherence, quality, and value for money
  • be accountable for policy, programmes and expenditure within government requirements
  • create a culture of learning within which LSC staff can develop to their full potential
  • actively promote LSC corporate values and new ways of working.
