David is the former Director of Finance and Corporate Services for the FEFC. David's background includes working for the Department for Education and Employment as a Senior Finance Manager and as Principal Private Secretary to Secretaries of State for Employment. Prior to this he was a Human Relations and Industrial Relations Specialist within the Department for Employment and worked for the Advisory Conciliation and Arbitration Service (ACAS) as the Regional Director for the South East and Director of Advisory Services.
