Previously Executive Director of LSC Northamptonshire, Rob spent the first five years after graduating from Cambridge University working at the Department of Employment in a range of areas including the Minister’s Private Office. Rob also worked in the Department’s Finance Directorate before moving to the Manpower Services Commission, where he specialised in training and vocational education issues. Rob was seconded to the LSC national office in 2002, where he was Interim Director of Policy and Development.
