Quality Assurance

The Quality Assurance team consists of the following three areas:

• Equality and Diversity - leads on ensuring full compliance with the LSC's statutory duties for equality and diveristy with regard to the learners and providers we fund, and going beyond these duties where practicable.
• Health and Safety - leads on our duty of care to all learners funded by the LSC, on behalf of the government, with regard to their health, safety and welfare.
• Quality Assurance and Intervention - leads on developing and implementing strategies to improve provider performance and achievement, and eliminate underperformance from LSC-funded programmes.
