SIR
The Staff Individualised Record (SIR) is a collection of data about staff employed by colleges in the Further Education sector.
From 2006/07 the LSC is no longer responsible for collecting data about staff. This collection has been taken over by Lifelong Learning UK (LLUK). Further information is available from the SIR page of the LLUK website.
The SIR college support manuals from previous years are available from the page shown below. They contain the specification of the SIR for each year, which includes detailed information about the data requested and the format used to return it.
The Staff Statistics section of this website shows analysis based upon the SIR data returns.
