The FE White Paper
Raising Skills, Improving Life Chances (March 2006) signalled a new approach to funding that was more demand-led.
Much work has been done to this end, including the consultation Delivering World-class Skills in a Demand-led System (January 2007).
DLC 2007/08
Demand-Led Calculator (DLC) v4.0 enables providers to view their 2007/08 data in the format and language of the new demand-led methodology.
DLC 2006/07
The Demand-Led Calculator (DLC) is the first piece of LSC software delivered to support the implementation of this new funding methodology. It enables providers to view their 2006/07 data in the format and language of the new methodology.
