Important Note
Version 11.04 is designed to process 2003/04 data. Version 11.04 of the LIS requires a Microsoft Access version of the LAD extract dated on or after 8 July 2003.
Overview
The Learner Information Suite (LIS) version 11.04 is used to validate ILR and mini-ILR data for 2003/04, to calculate derived variables and FE funding, to generate reports and to reconcile data from the 2002/03 teaching year with data from the 2003/04 teaching year.
The LIS 11.04 is designed for use by providers who return ILR 2003/04 data to the Council via the Provider Batch data collection system.
The software is available to download from this website.
Relationship to other Council software
Previous versions of the LIS can co-exist with version 11.04. Version 11.04 of the LIS requires a Microsoft Access version of the LAD extract dated on or after 8 July 2003.
