Data Sharing Protocols
These protocols have been developed by the Learning and Skills Council (LSC) to enable formal agreements to be placed on the sharing of data between the LSC and its partners. The protocols provide information on how data is expected to be managed by both the LSC and its partners and contains guidelines to help ensure that data are shared, processed and managed with due regard for the Data Protection Act 1998 and associated legislation.
When requesting information from the LSC, it is now necessary to read through and sign the agreements provided with the relevant protocol.
