Work based learning PSA target starts
The achievement of the Work Based Learning Public Service Agreement (PSA) target for Apprenticeships was announced at the Association of Colleges conference in November 2005. This means that more than 176,000 young people between the ages of 16 and 21 started an Apprenticeship for the first time during the 2004/05 academic year.
