08/040 : LAD downloads now include limited 2008/09 information
In preparation for the full release of the 2008/09 format Learning Aim Database (LAD), downloads available from 20 June 2008 onwards contain a limited amount of 2008/09 data. This includes All-Annual-Values and ACL-Annual-Values.
Learner-Responsive (LR) and Employer-Responsive (ER) funding data for 2008/09 is not yet available, although the 2008/09 All-Annual-Values records show some SLN_GLH values (which were already shown for 2007/08 records).
New table and field structures for 2008/09, to support demand-led funding, are planned for release by 11 July 2008 with the data populated subsequently. These changes are as described in the document "Planned Table and Field Changes to the Learning Aim Database for 2008/09", which is available from the
LAD Documents page.
