06/111: Change to ILR Validation Rules for 2006/07 - v3 published
Version 3 of the ILR validation rules has been published. Four rules have been modified to allow the submission of learners eligible for funding under Neighbourhood Learning In Deprived Communities (NLDC) who are registered for short learning aims of under 9 Guided Learning Hours. These learners will be flagged with A46=65.
The rules that have been changed are:

- A09_A10_A18_A27_A32_A46a_A46b_A52_LAD1
- A09_A10_A18_A27_A32_A46a_A46b _LAD1
- A09_A10_A27_A46a_A46b _LAD1
The validation rules in the on-line data collections portal have been modified to allow the submission of ILR files containing these learners for the forthcoming C01 and F01 returns. A new version of the LIS will be issued in the new year and will include these changes at that time.
