07/108 : DLC software published
Demand-Led Calculator (DLC) Version 3.0 has now been released. It is available from the
DLC v3.0 page, together with supporting documentation.
Release 3 of DLC is designed for 2006/07. It includes final SLN values that align to those used in the PaM system for planning provision in 2008/09, and as published in the document ‘Funding Rates for 2008/09’. It also works with WBL ILRs, and applies the Employer Responsive Model to the provision in scope.'
Two further releases of DLC are planned for January 2008:
- A final 2006/07 version which will include any remaining bug fixes and the final Employer Responsive Model .
- A 2007/08 version, to be used for submitting the 8 February 2008 return for profiling SLN for reconciliation.
