This document provides details of the priorities for LSC funding in 2006/07 and 2007/08. Minister of State, Bill Rammell MP has also written to delivery partners and MPs setting out the government's strategic direction for the learning and skills sector for the coming period.

The main purpose of this document is to begin the 2006/07 funding allocations process with a clear and concise message on the principles that will underpin the next funding round.
