Adult Safeguarded Learning (ASL) Funding Circular: Certification of the Use of Funds

This guidance is for local authorities (LAs), preparing use of funds statements for Learning and Skills Council (LSC) Adult Safeguarded Learning Funding for 2007/08. Only LAs receiving LSC Adult Safeguarded Learning funds for 2007/08 need prepare a statement.

This document is of interest to, LA chief finance officers, LA chief education officers, LA officers responsible for Adult Safeguarded Learning and heads of finance, audit and partnership teams in local and regional LSCs.

This document supersedes Certification of the Use of Funds: Funding of Adult and Community Learning in Local Authorities for 2006/07 issued in March 2007.
