The Train to Gain Engage resource website provides detailed information, advice and guidance on Train to Gain skills policy to those involved in the new RDA/Business Link Integrated Brokerage Service. It will also help other employer-facing staff, partners and stakeholder organisations.

Accessed via the Train to Gain website, the employers guide is the easiest way for employers to find good training provision.
The guide is part of the National Learning Directory, the UK's biggest training databse.
The service lets employers search amongst all provision, but steers them towards Train to Gain providers and from amongst those, it points them towards providers that have achieved the Training Quality Standard.
