East of England Strategic Implementation Framework for Learners with Learning Difficulties and-or Disabilities 2007-2010
Following consultation, this framework has now been published. The framework is intended to take forward the priorities identified in the LSC national strategy, 'Learning for Living and Work: Improving Education and Training Opportunities for People with Learning Difficulties and /or Disabilities, October 2006'.
It identifies, at a broad level, the actions to be taken to build inclusive, purposeful and progressive learning provision that will allow this group of learners to participate, both economically and in their own communities. We expect our providers to respond to these changes in the context of demand within their own markets and communities.
