Learning and Skills Council East of England Regional Commissioning Plan 2008-09
The Learning and Skills Council (LSC) is the national organisation with responsibility for the planning, funding and quality assurance of post-16 education outside the university sector, in England. The LSC is organised into nine regional teams, each of which produces an annual commissioning plan identifying the priorities for the Learning and Skills sector in its region for the forthcoming year.
