Organisation

Since 2001 the LSC has had five local Learning and Skills Councils covering Central, East, North, South and West London. 

London also has a regional team covering Regeneration, Skills, Learning, Planning and Performance and Finance. We employ around 350 staff located in the five local areas and regional office.

The LSC in London is led by David Hughes our Regional Director together with 5 Area Directors for each of the local offices. All are tasked with meeting the diverse range of learning and skills needs in their area of London, or for regional teams delivering across the capital
