To achieve our goals, we depend on effective teamwork with many stakeholders, partners and employers. We try to maintain open two-way communication with them all.

In London our partners include learning and training providers, voluntary and community organisations, local authorities government departments and the London Development Agency.

Business Link's role is to promote enterprise. The Business Link service provides information, advice and support to SMEs and anyone looking to start a business.

Connexions works with 13 - 19 year-olds, giving practical support and guidance on learning and training, careers, relationships, health and money issues. It also offers advice and guidance to people aged 19 - 25 who have learning difficulties or disabilities.

The Government Office for London (GOL) represents central government across the capital, delivering policies and programmes in the London region on behalf of ten central government Departments.

The Mayor's role as the executive of the strategic authority for London (Greater London Authority) is to promote economic development and wealth creation, social development, and the improvement of the environment throughout London.

The London Development Agency is the Mayor's agency responsible for driving London's sustainable economic growth - it's their job to ensure that London remains a global success story - in the next year, the next decade and in the next century. They work to deliver the Mayor's vision for London to be a sustainable world city with strong, long-term economic growth, social inclusion and active environmental improvement.

London First is a business membership group whose aim is to improve and promote London with the objective of ensuring that London maintains and enhances its position as a leading world city.

The London Skills and Employment Board (LSEB) has been established to provide leadership in improving adult skills and employment in London.

LVSC brings London voluntary and community sector organisations together to learn and share best practice and to create a co-ordinated voice to influence policy makers.
