Campaign Information Pack - Full details of the campaign, including the processes that the Apprenticeship Campaign Team will follow, the processes that providers are expected to follow and how the campaign will be tracked and monitored.

The following protocols have been developed as part of a focus group with all key partners.

The following templates have been developed for your use:

Employer Agreement - A three-way agreement between the employer, training provider and Apprentice that details each party's responsibilities.

Application Form - A standard form for applicants that captures information required to show whether a person is eligible for an Apprenticeship. Make sure you check with the employer that they are happy with the content and whether they would like to add any additional sections.

Job Description JCP - A standard form that can be used for posts that can be emailed to JCP. This should be agreed with the employer before sending out.

Job Description Connexions - A standard form that can be used for posts that can be emailed to JCP. This should be agreed with the employer before sending out.
