Proposed Merger of North Trafford College of Further Education and South Trafford College
In July 2006, the final report of the post-16 education and training review in Trafford was published. One of the recommendations was that the colleges should explore the possibility of merging. Since then, the LSC and colleges have worked closely together to examine the potential of this proposal. It has now been agreed that we will proceed to the next stage - a public consultation.
