QPF- new freeze date announced
Qualified Provider Framework (QPF)
Further to communications prior to Christmas, the LSC would like to announce their next ‘freeze date’ of the QPF to facilitate the next wave of education and training tenders. Potential providers, or those who have not already qualified, are advised to publish the suite of Pre-Qualification Questionnaires by 5pm on the 9th April 2009
Providers who have already applied through the QPF and have been contacted by the LSC to advise that they have been successful do not need to take action.
The LSC is re-launching the QPF during the course of week commencing the 9th March to carry out essential updates and maintenance. This will mean that providers will be unable to access the QPF on line from 5pm on Friday 6th March until Thursday 12th March. This work will result in a more streamlined application process for those new providers who are applying to the QPF for the first time.
For further information on the Qualified Provider Framework please visit the LSC website, http://www.lsc.gov.uk/providers/commissioning/qualifiedproviderframework/.

PQQ Submissions for 08-09 Core Programmes and ESF
Click here for a list of successful providers from the two most recent PQQ exercises covering 08-09 provision in September 2007 and March 2008.
For the PQQ exercise last September the LSC in the North West received in total 446 bids from a list of 653 providers who had either been successful at previous PQQ rounds or were self invited. There were 316 bids received from providers who had either been unsuccessful in previous rounds or were new to the LSC.
For the most recent PQQ, a total of 234 bids were received of which 171 were successful and 37 of these had not pre-qualified. Many of these submissions were updates to the September PQQ which was helpful in ensuring the latest information is available to the LSC.
