Organisation

The LSC works nationally, regionally and locally. We comprise a national office, which is located in Coventry, nine regional LSCs and 47 local LSCs.

Across the six local LSCs that make up the LSC South East there are 20 partnership teams working closely with local stakeholders to deliver the LSC's vision.

The LSC South East is headed by a regional management team and five area directors. A non-executive regional board and six non-executive councils support the work of the executive team.
 
Internally, the LSC is divided into four groups:
