Offender Learning and Skills Service (OLASS)
From 31st July 2006, the LSC took responsibility for offender learning and skills across England. The LSC now manages the planning, funding and delivery of the new integrated Offenders' Learning and Skills Service (OLASS), which is a central part of the Home Office's action plan to reduce reoffending.
