Fair Cities
Fair Cities is a ground-breaking initiative designed by the National Employment Panel to help disadvantaged ethnic minorities get, stay and advance in work. Fair Cities is also about systemic reform - engaging employers to improve the performance of the employment and skills system.
Fair Cities initiative is focused on narrowing the employment gap for Black and Asian ethnic minorities in the following wards:

- Lozells/East Handsworth
- Aston
