The Health & Safety West Midlands Regional team is managed by Francis Kenny – (Regional Learner Health & Safety Manager, 07990 592124) and he and his team of Health & Safety Advisers operate regionally to ensure that all learners are in a safe and supportive environment. The team are:

Providers can access the safe learner website which contains health and safety and quality information related to the delivery of Government funded programmes for the principle contractor and other organisations supporting the learner or learning process. Its aim is to improve standards of health and safety for all learners. Where the LSC has set standards or entitlements the guidance on compliance and documentation required is all here. The guidance from other organisations or enforcing authorities is signposted and accessed through hyperlinks to that organisation's own website. The website relies on contributions from everyone involved with learning.
