Train to Gain is a new service designed to help businesses identify and source the training they need to succeed. For businesses, getting the right skills advice is essential to choosing the best and most appropriate training. Train to Gain helps you to do this by using experienced Skills Brokers.
Through the Skills Pledge, employers will commit to support their employees to ensure that their staff are skills competent and able to make a full contribution to the success of the organisation. As a minimum that means supporting all employees to develop their basic skills and work towards at least Level 2.
Aimed at employers, the Employer's Guide to Training Providers will help you choose the most suitable training provider for your business and workforce needs.
