Summative Evaluation of ESF Co-financing Round 3 Activity in North Yorkshire

In response to a tendering exercise held by the LSC North Yorkshire, EKOS Consulting has undertaken a summative evaluation of Round 3 ESF Co-financing project activity (which ran from January 2003 to June 2005) across the York and North Yorkshire sub-region.

This primarily assessed the overall impact of ESF Co-financed activity and provides recommendations that lead to direct improvements in future programme development. These include the extent to which Co-financing has had a beneficial effect on local people and organisations and how ESF Co-financed projects have contributed to LSC local priorities.
